Background

As sister companies, 3marketeers and eTrigue collaborate seamlessly on projects—whether improving workflows, enhancing in-house applications, or delivering above-and-beyond solutions for clients. In this case, the eTrigue team needed additional UX design support to refine the prospective lead profile layout within the partner portal of the eTrigue service application.

The existing lead profile was spread across five tabs (Activity, Details, Company Profile, Response, and Alerts), each containing standard prospect information. Our team was tasked not only with reorganizing the tabs and content for clarity but also with integrating new AI-generated insights—both about the lead and the company they represented—into the redesigned experience.

Approach

Our team, with feedback from app users, reached a consensus to reorganize the prospect profile into four streamlined tabs: Lead Insights, Activity, Company Insights, and Alerts & Responses. This new structure improved clarity and gave AI-generated insights a dedicated space, while compressed previews in the sidebar ensured key information remained visible at a glance.

On the design and engineering side, we aligned early with developers to confirm the new features would be built in Vue.js. Fortunately, Figma—our primary design tool—supports a library of Material Design components for Vue.js, enabling us to explore creative variations while ensuring a smooth, efficient handoff to engineers.

Once deployed to staging, the redesigned profile underwent QA testing with both internal team members and selected users. The process revealed minor issues as well as a major opportunity: optimizing the mobile experience. While mobile-first design had always been a guiding principle, the complexity of the prospect profile required rethinking layouts and interactions. By refining these elements, we delivered a mobile version that was more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Analysis / Impact

At the conclusion of the project, the results spoke for themselves: the redesigned prospect profile led to higher user interaction and attracted new user interest in the application. Beyond optimizing the lead profile experience, the redesign delivered a more professional, scalable platform that positioned the product as a stronger competitive offering in the marketplace.

Equally important, the project fostered a stronger partnership between the design and engineering teams. Collaboration and communication improved significantly throughout the process, setting a new standard for how cross-functional teams work together moving forward.

Background

For this project, I was the sole designer responsible for creating a scalable, 3-pronged cloud migration campaign tailored to AWS partners. The campaign was designed to adjust based on the specific migration focus chosen by the partner—be it SAP, Microsoft, or VMware Migration. This flexibility enabled AWS and its partners to co-promote key roles within the migration sector.

The design needed to incorporate both AWS and partner logos, but the primary requirement was to use AWS’s full branding across all campaign materials. This meant adhering to AWS's color palette, typography, and imagery, while also aligning with their brand voice, tone, and messaging. Our team takes great pride in fully understanding our client's brand guidelines—often as well, if not better, than they do themselves.

Approach

The campaign was launched as a six-month initiative for AWS partners, featuring a wide range of co-branded assets: multiple emails, landing pages, an information center with dynamic partner resources, a tailored prospect list, double-touch asset promotions, and real-time lead alerts sent directly to partner sales reps.

I was responsible for designing four core visuals for the campaign—email, landing page, info center, and alert message. These assets were developed as standardized templates to ensure consistency while still allowing customization for each partner’s campaign. During implementation, we used the campaign application to integrate dynamic elements, enabling tailored content and migration focus based on partner preferences once the campaigns were live.

All visual mockups and interactive prototypes underwent iterative reviews with the account team before being presented to prospective users and our clients for final approval, ensuring both brand alignment and a polished user experience.

Analysis / Impact

The first round of lead generation campaigns exceeded expectations, delivering a surplus of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for each of the 20+ partners to nurture further. As I transitioned off the project, new AWS partners were being onboarded, and the program continued to expand throughout the following year.

Background

Imagine driving your electric car—picking up your kids, running errands, and realizing you don’t have time to stop at a charging station. What if the charging station could come to you instead?

That’s the vision behind EVbloom, a startup building a fleet of mobile charging vans that can service parked EVs at any location. The founding team, composed of Silicon Valley veterans with decades of experience creating consumer and enterprise products used by millions worldwide, set out to rethink EV charging accessibility.

EVbloom’s original concept focused on increasing charger availability by creating a network of shared home EV chargers. Over time, the idea evolved into a more scalable solution: a fleet of vans equipped with advanced charging technology, bringing power directly to EV owners. While this pivot introduced a physical product component, it also required a complementary digital experience—a platform where customers could schedule charging appointments and provide the necessary details to ensure successful service.

Approach

On this project, our team of five—comprising developers, designers, and project managers—collaborated to address a gap we identified in the EV market. Through several Google Hangout sessions, we finalized the app’s user flow, defined the key content to capture, and established a communication strategy between the car owner and the technician responsible for charging the vehicle.

To ensure consistency and alignment with engineering standards, we leveraged the Ionic 8 Material UI Kit in Figma. Since the Ionic 8 library was already integrated into the mobile application, engineers only needed to make minor customizations for personalization.

For information hierarchy, we prioritized the appointment’s location, followed by time and pricing. Finally, we included vehicle details—make, model, color, and license plate—so drivers could easily identify the car requiring a charge.

Analysis / Impact

I gained a tremendous amount of experience in a short time at EVbloom, where I contributed to building a fully functional mobile application for both Android and iOS. Through this project, I worked hands-on with tools such as Figma, Visual Studio Code, and Android Studio, strengthening both my design and development skills.
